Course
This is the ultimate mindfulness Course that spans six weeks, with 30-minute sessions each week.

This program introduces participants to the ukulele, covering basics such as strumming techniques, chord reading, and playing together as a group.

By the end of the course, employees will have the skills and confidence to continue their mindfulness journey with the ukulele.
The package also includes ukuleles for the team to keep, ensuring lasting engagement and wellness.
